Peer-taught medicine: the clinician who uses it teaches it.
Mera Rounds is a live webinar series where practicing clinicians teach fellow physicians the medicine behind emerging therapies, in-office technologies, and clinical programs — mechanism, evidence, patient selection, and protocol.
The series rests on one belief: clinicians adopt new medicine when a peer teaches them the substance — not when a company representative presents a pitch. Every session is taught by a practicing clinician with direct experience in the subject, to a live audience of independent-practice physicians, with open questions taken in the room.
-
Live & peer-led
Sessions run live and are presented by practicing clinicians — never by company representatives.
-
Clinical content
Mechanism of action, published evidence, patient selection, contraindications, and real-world protocol — the material a colleague would want before deciding whether to adopt.
-
Education, not sales
Sessions are educational programming for licensed clinicians and their teams. No session is a sales presentation.
Sessions are supported by sponsoring companies in their product category, and that support is disclosed plainly — the same convention respected medical education has always used.
Healthcare companies interested in supporting a session in their category can write to [PARTNERSHIP EMAIL].
Mera Rounds is organized and produced by [ORGANIZER NAME]. Clinical content is the presenting clinician's own.
